Care
Leather should age with evidence, not neglect.
The Vault requires very little.
Store it in the dust bag it arrives with, loosely filled with tissue to preserve the silhouette, and keep it out of direct sunlight and damp. It should live on a shelf, not a hook.
Condition the leather once a quarter with a neutral beeswax-based balm, applied with a soft cloth in a thin, even pass and allowed to rest for twelve hours before the next use. Do not use saddle soap, leather cleaner, or silicone-based protectors — they strip the wax finish and accelerate ageing in the wrong direction.
The hardware requires nothing. Brass will patina. Steel will not. Both are correct outcomes.
Repair
If the leather is scored, stained, or damaged, write to us. Every Brazen object is covered by a lifetime repair programme. The atelier is not closed.
