Overview

This website is operated by BrazenWear ("Brazen Wear Atelier", "we", "us"). By visiting brazenwear.com, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

Products and made-to-order production

Our pieces are made to order in low volume. A production lead time applies to every order and is confirmed by email after the order is placed. Lead times are estimates given in good faith; they are not guaranteed delivery dates. Minor variations in leather grain, colour, and hand-finished hardware are characteristics of the materials and processes we use, not defects.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include UK VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of your order is the price you pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from London once production is complete. Shipping timelines, costs, and destinations are described in our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery provided it is unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Bespoke alterations and personalised commissions are final sale and cannot be returned, except where the goods are faulty. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, where applicable, your right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Repairs

We operate a repair programme for our pieces. To arrange an assessment or repair, contact us through the contact form. Repair timelines and any costs for damage outside normal wear are confirmed before work begins.

Product information

We take care to describe materials, dimensions, and construction accurately. Screen rendering of colour and finish may differ from the physical object. Where product imagery is interim, it is identified as such on the product page.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, product designs, and the marks "BrazenWear" and "Brazen Wear Atelier" — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country of residence grants you additional protections.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
